Announcement for the Selection of Overseas Dual-Degree Students – Fall 2026

主旨：115學年度第1學期本校至英國、澳洲、日本海外姊妹校雙聯學生甄選事宜。

Subject: Selection of dual degree students to attend overseas sister schools in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Australia, and Japan during the 1^st semester of the academic year 2026.

說明：

• 請有意申請之學生參閱簡章辦理。

For students who are interested in applying, please refer to the brochure.

• 申請資格：本校大學日間部四年制學生必須於本校修業滿2年，研究生至少修業滿1年後，方可申請。

Undergraduate students must have completed at least two years of study, while graduate students must have completed at least one year of study before they are eligible to apply.

• 申請時所需繳附資料如下：

1. 申請表

Application form

2. 歷年學業成績單（中、英文各1份）

Academic transcripts

3. 總成績系排名證明書（中文1份）

Certificate of Departmental Ranking

4. 家長/監護人同意書及切結書

Parental/Guardian Consent Form & Affidavit Letter

5. 有效護照影本

Copy of a valid passport

6. 系所主任或任課老師（英文）推薦信1份

Recommendation in English from the department chair or a course instructor.

7. 學生證影本（須加蓋註冊章）

A photocopy of the student ID card

8. 雅思成績證明，須為兩年內之有效成績，且 IELTS UKVI 成績須達 6.0 以上；未繳交者不具申請資格。

IELTS score report. The test must have been taken within the past two years, and a minimum score of 6.0 （IELTS UKVI） is required. Applicants who do not submit the required document are not eligible to apply.

註:雅思考試（聽說讀寫）各項成績不得低於5.5。

Note: The IELTS test scores for each section (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) must not be lower than 5.5.

9. 進修計畫（中、英文各1份）

Study Plan

• 請備齊申請文件後，於截止日期民國115年4月30日（四）中午12:00前，將報名資料擲交國際事務處學術交流組，以利後續作業。

Please submit the application to the Academic Exchange Section of OIA before 12:00 p.m. on 30th April 2026（Thursday）.

• 為維護所有同學的申請權益，每位學生僅能選擇一所姊妹校進行申請，避免因重複申請影響他人機會。

To protect the application rights of all students, each student may apply to only one sister school. Multiple applications may affect other students’ opportunities and are therefore not allowed.

• 通過甄選同學僅代表獲本校推薦資格，不代表已獲申請校錄取。所有同學皆須再經該校審核，如未通過審核或無法取得學生簽證，錄取資格即取消，本校不負爭取改申請該校其他系所或協助簽證取得之責任與義務，其獎學金獲獎資格（若有）亦同時取消。
• Passing the selection process only indicates that the student is eligible for recommendation by our university; it does not guarantee admission to the host school. All students must undergo review by the host school. If a student fails the review or cannot obtain a student visa, the admission qualification will be canceled. Our university is not responsible for assisting the student in applying to other programs at the host school or in obtaining a visa. Any scholarship awarded （if applicable） will also be canceled.

• 錄取學生須自行負責住宿、簽證、機票、機場接送、選課、成績單、學分採計及保險等個人事宜。除學生平安保險外，學生個人應於出國前另行購買足額之保險（含醫療、意外、海外急難救助等）。若姐妹校另提供保險，則學生可選擇抵達當地後再購買。若學生未購買足額保險，本校、交換學校有權取消其錄取資格。

Students are responsible for their own accommodation, visa, airfare, airport pickup, course selection, transcripts, credit transfer, and insurance. Apart from the student safety insurance provided, students should purchase sufficient insurance before departure, including coverage for medical care, accidents, and overseas emergency assistance. If overseas sister schools provides insurance, students may choose to purchase it upon arrival. Students who do not obtain adequate insurance may have their admission canceled by our university or the host school.

• 本處不提供宿舍申請保證，交換學校亦無保證提供校內宿舍之責任。學生須自行申請，本處無替學生爭取校內宿舍之責任。未申請到宿舍者，須自行安排外宿事宜。

OIA does not guarantee dormitory placement, and the exchange school is not obligated to provide on-campus housing. Students must apply for dormitories themselves, and our office is not responsible for securing on-campus housing on their behalf. Students who are not assigned a dormitory must arrange off-campus accommodation on their own.
