工作證Work Permit(僑外生Overseas students and International Students)

一、申請需知Application Regulations：

• 1.  依據「雇主聘僱外國人許可及管理辦法」規定，來臺就讀正式學制之境外生(不含陸生)，入學後即可向學校及政府機關申請工作許可證。

According to the “Regulations on the Permission and Administration of the Employment of Foreign Workers” overseas students (excluding students from Mainland China) enrolled in formal academic programs in Taiwan may apply for a work permit through their school and government agencies after enrollment.

Theo quy định của “Quy định về việc cấp phép và quản lý người nước ngoài làm việc tại Đài Loan”, du học sinh quốc tế (không bao gồm sinh viên Trung Quốc đại lục) theo học chương trình chính quy tại Đài Loan có thể nộp đơn xin giấy phép làm việc từ nhà trường và các cơ quan chính phủ ngay sau khi nhập học.   

• 2.外國留學生、僑生及港澳生申請工作許可，許可期間最長為1年，其工作時間除寒暑假外，每星期最長為20小時。未依前項規定者，機關得依就業服務法規定廢止其工作許可，而未依規定申請工作許可，即受聘僱為他人工作者，依就業服務法規定，處新臺幣3萬元以上15萬元以下罰鍰。

The validity period of the work permit issued to a type C foreign worker shall not exceed 1year.

In addition to summer and winter vacations, a type C foreign worker with the aforementioned work permit shall NOT work  more than twenty hours a week.

If you DON'T obey the rules of the preceding paragraph, the agency may abolish your work permit based on the Employment Service Law.

If you do not apply for a work permit and being hired as a worker, according to the Employment Service Law, you will be FINED NT$30,000 to NT$150,000.

Sinh viên quốc tế tại Đài Loan có thể xin giấy phép làm việc với thời hạn tối đa 1 năm. Trong thời gian học, ngoài kỳ nghỉ đông và hè, mỗi tuần chỉ được làm việc tối đa 20 giờ.Nếu làm việc vượt quá thời gian quy định hoặc không xin giấy phép làm việc, sinh viên có thể bị thu hồi giấy phép và bị phạt từ 30.000 đến 150.000 Đài tệ theo Luật Dịch vụ Việc làm.

• 3.本調查為掌握了解朝陽科技大學境外生校內外工作之狀況，若學生有工作上的更換時, 請主動填報更新資料。

This survey is to understand foreign students' working condition inside and outside CUYT. As a foreign student of CYUT, if you find a job or change your job, please update the latest information on this google form.

Khảo sát này nhằm nắm bắt tình hình làm việc của sinh viên quốc tế tại Đại học Khoa học Công nghệ Triều Dương. Vui lòng cập nhật thông tin nếu thay đổi công việc.

二、申請流程Application Process：

• 請至外國專業人員工作許可申辦網註冊帳號，相關申請操作流程請參考操作手冊。

Please register an account on the Foreign Professionals Work Permit Application System. For the relevant application operation process, please refer to the brochure.

• 申請費用新台幣100元。

The application fee is NT$100.

(三)繳費方式如下Payment methods are as follows：

1. 郵政劃撥，劃撥戶名：勞動部勞動力發展署聘僱許可收費專戶，劃撥帳號：19058848。

Payment by post office: Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, employment permit fee account. Remittance account number: 19058848.

2. ATM繳費，於申請案件之繳費方式點選ATM繳費，於提交申請由系統提供轉帳號碼。

ATM payment: Select ATM payment method in the payment options of the application case, and a transfer account number will be provided by the system upon submission of the application.

三、申請時間Processing Time：

約7~10個工作天(不含假日)，建議使用前20天提出申請。

Approximately 7 to 10 working days (excluding holidays); it is recommended to submit the application at least 20 days in advance.
