入學獎助學金：第一學期核予全額獎助學金新臺幣 48,409元；第二學期核予半額獎助學金新臺幣 24,204元。

在學期間獎助學金：第三學期起至第八學期，班級排名前25%者，且前一學期操行成績達80(含)以上，核予獎助學金每人新臺幣 2,000元；班級排名26%~50%者，且前一學期操行成績達80(含)以上，核予獎助學金每人新台幣1,000元；班級排名51%以後，不予補助。

理工學院

Entrance Scholarship:A full tuition fee waiver scholarship will be grated for students for the 1st semester with NTD48,409; while a half tuition fee waiver will be granted to students for the 2nd semester with NTD24,204.

Study Scholarship: From the 3rd semester till the 8th semester, a student has to achieve 80 points or above of the moral performance and the academic performance has to be ranked at top 25% in the class of the previous semester for a scholarship with NTD2,000. A student has to achieve 80 points or above of the moral performance and the academic performance has to be ranked between 26% and 50% in the class of the previous semester for a scholarship of NTD1,000. No scholarship to the rest of students ranked beyond 51% in the class.
