當地正式立案之銀行機構所開立的財力證明，或政府、本校或民間機構提供全額獎助學金之證明；財力證明不得少於新臺幣十萬元或等值至少美金4,000元。若財力證明非申請者本人，則須附上經濟資助信。
A financial statement with a minimum amount of NTD100,000 or an equivalent of at least USD 4,000, or a copy of a full scholarship award certificate issued by a government agency, university, college, or a private organization. If the financial statement is not in the name of the applicant, an Affidavit of Support must be included.
